Overview
Villa Iris is a two bedroom villa with fantastic views over the 9th green of Vale do Lobo’s Ocean Golf Course. This villa is only a short distance to the golf club house where you will find a selection of shops, the spa, and the Spikes bar and restaurant, and therefore it benefits from a superb central position in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo. Air conditioning throughout & Wi-Fi internet are provided for your convenience.
Living Areas
A small well equipped kitchen with appliances including a microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, four electric hobs, extractor, electric oven and grill, fridge freezer, juicer and a dishwasher. The lounge & dining area are complete with a table and seating for four, comfy sofa seating, a TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports, split unit air conditioning. Patio doors lead to a glass enclosed terrace.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Double patio doors open onto the garden. Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and patio doors opening onto the front of the villa. Bedroom two has an adjacent bathroom with double vanities and a heated towel rail.
Outside Space
Step out from the living area into your private garden – a lovely space laid with faux grass and perfect for soaking up the sunshine. There’s a table with seating for four, a parasol for shade, a couple of sun loungers, and two deck chairs chairs to kick back and relax. If you fancy a bit of outdoor cooking, there is gas BBQ to fire up and enjoy some tasty al fresco meals. And for a little added wow factor – a gate at the end of the garden opens straight onto the golf course!

Villa Iris benefits from a superb central position in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo, close to the club house for the renowned Royal and Ocean golf courses where you will also find a selection of shops, the spa and the Spikes bar and restaurant. And within close walking distance is the famous Praca and the stunning local beach. The Praca has a wide range of bars, cafes and eateries to choose from and also family entertainment during the summer months.
Other Items
Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover maid cleaning service, bathroom towels and bed linen change. Pool towels, a safe and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

1 loaf sliced bread, 250g butter, 1 litre semi-skimmed milk, 1 bottle white wine, 1 carton orange juice, 10 tea bags, 10 sachets of coffee, 2 x 1,5 litres water, 1 bottle lemonade, 25 sachets sugar, 250g ham, 250g sliced cheese, 4 pieces seasonal fruit, 4 tomatoes, 6 eggs 1 large pack of crisps, 1 x jar of jam and 1 packet of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
