Villa Cara is an elegant 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with private pool that has been completely refurbished to a very high standard. The property is situated adjacent to the 8th fairway of the Ocean Golf course on the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo, and is just a few minutes drive from the Praca and the beautiful beaches.

Living Areas

Following the refurbishment project, Villa Cara boasts a superb spacious open plan living area and kitchen, furnished with comfy sofas and a dining table with seating for 6 and complete with a Sonos music system (where you can download the app on your smart device and then stream your favourite tunes) and a wall mounted flat screen TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports.

The open plan, contemporary kitchen is air conditioned and fully equipped with appliances including an oven, American style fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric hobs x 4, extractor, kettle, toaster and a washer/dryer.

There is a bathroom with shower unit and towel heater situated next to the entrance hallway that also serves as a guest cloakroom.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The bedrooms are all situated on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom one has a double bed, dressing area, split unit a/c, a Sonos speaker and an en suite bathroom with double vanities, large walk-in shower unit and towel heater. Patio doors lead to the first floor terrace.

Bedroom two has a double bed, split unit a/c, and doors to the first floor terrace which is furnished with a couple of sun loungers and has beautiful views of the ocean and the golf course. Bedroom three is a twin bedroom with split unit a/c, a safe in the wardrobes and doors to a front facing terrace with table and chairs.

Bedrooms two and three share the use of the adjacent family bathroom with shower unit and towel heater. Alternatively guests in one of the bedrooms can utilise the bathroom with shower unit situated next to the entrance hallway.

Outside Space

Patio doors open from the living room to the lawn gardens and the covered ‘al fresco’ dining terrace, with BBQ. The generously sized pool with Roman style steps is adjacent to the covered terrace and has a paved surround, and measures approximately 6 metres x 5 metres and can be heated for a weekly supplement. The shallow section of the pool is 1 metre in depth and the deep end is 2 metres in depth.

This property is within close distance of many of Vale do Lobo’s superb facilities and just a few minutes’ drive from the beach and the renowned Praca.
