Overview

Villa Sunset is a stunning six bedroom retreat with its own private pool, soundproofed TV room, games room, gym, sauna, steam room & jacuzzi. Perfectly positioned in one of Vale do Lobo’s most desirable areas, this property combines style and comfort in every detail. Designed by renowned architect Vasco Vieira, it blends modern luxury with contemporary living, creating a holiday home that feels both exclusive and welcoming. Centralised air conditioning throughout with individual room controls and fibre optic Wi-Fi internet are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The open plan living area is bright and spacious, with floor-to-ceiling glass patio doors that flood the room with natural light. Electric blinds are fitted for when you’d prefer a little shade. The sleek, modern kitchen features a central island with two stools and is fully equipped with everything you’ll need during your stay — including two sinks, five electric hobs, an extractor, a wine cooler, an integrated microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, an electric oven and grill, plus a full size fridge and freezer. Patio doors open directly onto the south facing terrace and pool, offering wonderful sea views.

A few steps lead down to the living area with floor-to-ceiling glass patio doors, and is furnished with ample comfy sofa seating with a flat screen Smart TV offering a wide variety of English speaking channels, including the popular channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports & TNT Sports (please bring your own login credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc). There is also a guest cloakroom near the front door.

On the lower level of the property, you will find the games room, complete with a pool table, a high card table with four accompanying stools, and a sofa. The soundproofed TV room is carpeted & air conditioned, featuring a large wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing the same channels as the lounge TV (again, login with your own credentials to enjoy streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc). The gym has a view into the pool, and the equipment provided includes an exercise bike, treadmill, cross trainer, and free weights. There is also a sauna, Turkish bath, and a convenient shower room. Additionally, on this lower level, you will find the utility room, which houses the washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. There is also a further guest cloakroom.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level, you will find bedrooms one & two, accessed by a small staircase from the lounge. Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a private balcony overlooking the pool with sea & golf views. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a wall mounted flat screen TV showing the same channels as the previously mentioned, and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to a Juliet balcony with golf and sea views.

On the lower level, you will find bedrooms three & four, both with natural light. Bedroom three is a small double room with fitted wardrobes. Bedroom four is a double room with fitted wardrobes and patio doors. Both bedrooms share the separate family bathroom with shower unit.

On the upper level, you will find bedrooms five & the master double bedroom suite six. Bedroom five is a double room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a front facing balcony. Finally, bedroom six, the master double suite, with a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing the same channels as the previous TVs, fitted wardrobes, a safe, and an en suite full bathroom with a free standing bath tub, walk-in shower, double vanities, and a heated towel rail. Double patio doors open onto a wrap around balcony with amazing golf, country & sea views. From this balcony, you also have access to the jacuzzi with adjacent seating. A convenient door from the upper landing also provides access to this jacuzzi area.

Outside Space

The private south facing garden is laid to lawn and features a gentle water feature, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The pool wraps around the villa with a main swimming area and an additional 13-metre training lap pool to the side, complete with steps for easy entry. The surrounding terrace is furnished with sun loungers, while five parasols offer shade whenever you need it.

Younger guests will love the basketball hoop and table tennis table, perfect for a little family fun. For those who enjoy cooking, the outdoor kitchen includes a large gas BBQ, food preparation counter, and sink. Dine al-fresco at the large table with seating for up to fourteen people, or simply relax on the swing seat and enjoy the warmth of the summer sun.

Location

Situated within the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo, which also boasts two of the Algarve's finest championship golf courses, the Royal and the Ocean, and the famous Praca, which has a wide range of bars, restaurants, and eateries, and family entertainment during the summer months. Some of the Algarve's most beautiful beaches can be found in the local area.

Rates include a maid cleaning service Mon-Fri with midweek towel change and a weekly towel & bed linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers, and a safe are provided for your convenience. There are steps up to the front door.
