Living Areas

The living areas are on the upper level of the property. The living room is open plan to the dining area with table and chairs and double sided fireplace. Flat screen TV, Lazer Tv system with many English channels including Sky Sports, Blu-ray DVD player and Sonos speaker. Patio doors lead to the upper dining terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, juicer, kettle, filter coffee maker, electric hobs x 4, extractor, oven, toaster and fridge freezer. Utility room with tumble dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is on the upper (entrance) level of the villa and this room has a double bed, central a/c, patio doors to the terrace, dressing area and en suite bathroom with double vanities, spa bath, shower unit and towel heater.The terrace overlooks the garden and part of pool.

Bedrooms two, three and four are on the lower level of the property. Bedroom two has a double bed, central a/c, doors to the pool terrace and an en suite bathroom with shower unit and towel heater. Bedroom three has a double bed, central a/c, doors to the pool terrace and an en suite bathroom with shower unit. Bedroom four has a double bed, central a/c, double patio doors to the poolside terrace and an en suite bathroom with shower unit.

Outside Space

Lots of forecourt parking space on the upper entrance level to the property, protected by the electric entry gates. On this level of the property is the exterior dining area, with table and chairs and integrated charcoal BBQ- and from here steps lead down to the lower level of the plot where the swimming pool and poolside terrace are located. The swimming pool measures 12 metres x 5 metres approximately with steps entry.

The villa also has a lovely roof terrace, with seating and far reaching country and ocean views.

Location

Villa Citrine is located in the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo, where the tennis centre, beach and the lively Praca are only a short distance away. The Praca is a popular area for families where you will find a wide range of restaurants and bars. Vale do Lobo benefits from two championship golf courses, the Royal course and the Ocean course, and in nearby Quinta do Lago you will find a further 5 championship golf courses, as well as a wide range of restaurants and the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.

The beach is just a 15 minute walk away.
