Overview

Villa Blue is a charming and impressive five bedroom property with a private pool, spread across three levels. Built in a classical style in the early 2000s, this elegant home retains its traditional character while showcasing beautifully updated modern interiors. The spacious rooms are tastefully furnished throughout, providing a welcoming atmosphere and plenty of space for guests to relax in comfort. Fibre optic Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning throughout are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The large, welcoming entrance hall leads to the air conditioned, open plan living & dining area, complete with a round dining table and eight accompanying chairs. The lounge has two comfortable sofas and two armchairs, a feature fireplace, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide selection of English speaking channels, including the popular channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports, and TNT Sports (please bring your own login credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc). Patio doors open onto the west facing pool terrace and garden.

The air conditioned kitchen is modern and well equipped with all the appliances you'll need during your stay, including an integrated electric oven, microwave, and grill, four electric hobs, an extractor, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, toaster, dishwasher, a full sized fridge freezer, a hand blender, juicer, and an extra freezer. A convenient door leads to the outside terrace. The utility room is just off the kitchen and houses the washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level, you will find bedrooms one and two. Bedroom one is a double room with split unit air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom two is a double room with split unit air conditioning and also has fitted wardrobes. Both bedrooms share the adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanities, and a heated towel rail.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms three and four. Bedroom three is a double room with split unit air conditioning, a walk-in wardrobe, a safe, and an en suite bathroom with double vanities, a walk-in shower, and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a shared balcony with bedroom four, which overlooks the pool & offers amazing views of the Vale do Lobo Ocean golf course to the coast. Bedroom four is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, and an en suite shower room with double vanities. Patio doors open onto the shared balcony with bedroom three.

On the lower level of the property, you will find bedroom five, which is a twin room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to the front of the villa. You will also find a guest cloakroom on this level.

Outside Space

The south-facing private garden is beautifully presented with faux grass and offers the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the Algarve sunshine. The poolside terrace is furnished with ten sun loungers and two parasols provide shade when needed. The pool, measuring approximately 9m x 5m, features gentle steps for easy entry, along with an outdoor shower for a refreshing rinse before or after a swim. The shaded terrace is elegantly furnished with comfortable sofas, creating an inviting space to unwind in the warm breeze. For those who enjoy cooking outdoors, the Broil King gas BBQ is ideal for preparing delicious alfresco meals, best enjoyed around the large shaded dining table with comfortable seating. A ceiling fan adds an extra touch of comfort, keeping the area cool during summer evenings

Villa Blue is located in the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo, known for its golden sands, incredible natural beauty, and is one of the Algarve’s most cherished lifestyle destinations, a true one-of-a-kind family resort. The lively Praca is only a short distance away and is a popular area for families, where you will find a wide range of restaurants and bars, and live entertainment in the summer months. Vale do Lobo benefits from two championship golf courses, the Royal course and the Ocean course, a tennis centre, a spa, and a gym. In nearby Quinta do Lago, you will find a further 5 championship golf courses, as well as a wide range of restaurants and the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.

Other Items

Rates include a maid cleaning service three times per week, bathroom towels & bed linen changed weekly. Pool towels, hairdryers, and a safe are provided for your convenience. There is also a garage which houses two cars. Kindly note, there are building works being carried out across the road as a new villa is being built however works will not take place during the months of July and August when the villa is available as building work is not allowed during these peak months as per the local council rules. The changeover day for this villa is Thursdays.
