Overview

Sun-hat are delighted to introduce you to the delightful Villa Gasper. This beautiful three bedroom, linked villa with its own private pool has been completely renovated throughout creating a charming and tranquil ambience. Wi-Fi internet is included in the rental rates and air conditioning is available for a weekly supplement if required.

This villa is located in a smart development just a very short drive from the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo. Fazenda Santiago has access to its own tennis courts, gym and sauna on site.

Living Areas

The open plan living area is bright, spacious, and comfortably furnished, featuring ample sofa seating and a flat screen Smart TV offering a wide range of channels including English language channels (Please remember to bring your own log-in credentials to access streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc on the Smart TV).

Adjacent to the living area, the dining space includes a table with seating for eight. Patio doors provide direct access to the poolside terrace, making it easy to transition between indoor and outdoor living. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all the appliances you'll need during your stay, including an integrated electric oven, grill, and microwave, a wine cooler, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and a dishwasher. Just off the kitchen, you'll find convenient clothes drying area. There is also a guest cloakroom near the front door. This whole living area and the outside area are equipped with a Bluetooth sound system to enable you to stream your favourite tunes from your Smart devices.

On the lower level of the property, you’ll find the utility room which houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, an extra drinks fridge, iron and ironing board. On this level is a further relaxing space with a flat screen Smart TV showing the same channels as the lounge TV, again, please remember to bring your own log-in credentials for the Smart apps. An adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower serves this room. Please note that there isn’t air conditioning on this level however it i a naturally cooler area of the house.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level you will find bedroom one which is a twin room that can be prepared as a double upon prior request, split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms two & three. Bedroom two is a twin room that can be prepared as a double upon prior request, split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Bedroom three is the master double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom with double vanities, a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a private balcony with far reaching sea views and furnished with a table and chair and a sun lounger.

Outside Space

From the dining area of Villa Gasper, patio doors open onto a private, well-kept garden with palm trees and areas of lawn. The outdoor cooking space includes a gas BBQ, food preparation counter, and sink – ideal for relaxed al fresco meals on one of the two dining tables provided, one near the BBQ area seating five people and the other off the dining room, also seating five people and shaded by an electric awning.

The swimming pool measures approximately 8 x 4 metres, and has steps for easy entry. (The pool can be heated for a weekly supplement). Around the pool, you'll find five sun loungers and two parasols for added shade.

Location

Villa Gasper is set within the private Fazenda Santiago estate, a quiet and secure development with its own fully equipped gym, his and hers saunas, all weather tennis courts and night time security. Conveniently located just 20 minutes from Faro International Airport and within a 5km radius are a vast array of attractions, such as– Quinta da Lago shopping, Pine trees riding stables, Agua show water park, and you are just minutes from Vale do Lobo’s beach, golf courses, restaurants, bars, tennis centre, supermarket, and shops. You can also walk to Trafal beach from the villa, where you’ll find popular local beach restaurants including BJ’s and Temperus.

Other Items

Rates include a maid cleaning service during the week with a midweek bathroom towel change and a weekly bed linen & bathroom towel change. Pool towels, hairdryers, and a safe are provided for your convenience.
