Sun-hat are delighted to present to our luxury villa portfolio Villa Hannah, a truly impressive five bedroom property centrally located in the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo. The villa has been built over four levels, providing plenty of space to relax and unwind, and the large garden catches the sun all day long. The bright and spacious interiors have been thoughtfully designed and provide a calming and relaxing ambience, with floor to ceiling windows allowing inside & outside living to blend perfectly.

The owners have thought of everything to try and make your stay as comfortable and entertaining as possible. Challenge the family to a friendly game of table tennis, pool or darts, or relax in the cinema room watching your favourite DVD on the large projector screen. For the more active members of the group there is also a small gym. Villa Hannah is an ideal choice for families and friends looking to enjoy a luxurious and peaceful stay in Vale do Lobo.

The villa offers ample parking within its forecourt, secured by an electric entrance gate and perimeter alarm. High speed fibre optic Wi-Fi and centralised air conditioning throughout are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

Step into the bright, and spacious villa, where a few steps lead down to a welcoming lounge with plenty of sofa seating. Read one of the numerous English language books or relax in front of the wall mounted Smart TV, offering a wide selection of English speaking channels, including popular favourites such as BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports. For streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime, simply use your own log-in credential.

The kitchen has a central island and is well equipped with all the appliances you'll need during your stay including an American style fridge freezer with a water dispenser, four electric hobs, an integrated electric oven, juicer, microwave, wine cooler, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and a dishwasher. There is also a convenient table and chairs and an additional breakfast bar with four stools. Floor to ceiling windows open onto the covered outside kitchen terrace. A guest cloakroom is also conveniently located on the entrance level.

Stairs from the lounge lead down to the lower level, where there’s plenty more to enjoy. The TV room is perfect for family film nights (please bring your own DVD's), with plenty of seating and a large projection screen. You’ll also find a great selection of board games for some friendly family competition.

For those keen to keep active, the small gym has free weights, a spin bike and a rowing machine. There’s also a shower room with a heated towel rail, plus a handy door leading straight out to the pool. You will also find the utility room on this level which the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Back to the entrance where stairs also lead up to a cosy upstairs seating area, with a desk and chair for anyone who needs to catch up on a little work while away. Two comfortable leather armchairs and another generous selection of English language books make it an ideal spot to settle down with a good read. From this level further stairs lead to the roof terrace complete with a table & four teak sun loungers.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All five bedrooms benefit from centralised air conditioning and blackout blinds, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Stairs lead up from the entrance to bedrooms one, two, three. Bedroom one is the master double suite featuring a generous 2.00m x 2.00m bed, a walk-in wardrobe and a safe. The en suite bathroom is complete with a freestanding bathtub, walk-in shower, double vanity units and a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead out onto a large balcony overlooking the pool. Bedrooms two and three are both twin bedrooms and feature two 0.90m x 2.00m single beds, a walk-in wardrobe and floor to ceiling windows. Each has its own en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors provide access to a shared balcony, fitted with an electric awning for some welcome shade on sunnier days.

On the kitchen and living area of the villa you will find bedrooms four & five. Bedroom four is a double room with a 1.80m x 2.0m bed, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace. Bedroom five is a twin room with two 0.90m x 2.0m beds, a walk-in wardrobe and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail.

Outside Space

The outdoor kitchen is fully equipped with fitted cupboards, a dishwasher, fridge, worktop and sink making holiday dining a breeze. Fire up the gas BBQ and enjoy relaxed al fresco meals around the large dining table, with space for up to fourteen guests. There’s also a bar with seating for four, perfect for a pre-dinner drink or a refreshing afternoon tipple.

For those looking to unwind, a separate covered seating area offers comfortable sofas and four Fatboy bean bags – an inviting spot to relax in the shade. Beside the pool, the terrace is furnished with high quality sun loungers, ideal for soaking up the sunshine.

The impressive 14m x 6m swimming pool with steps for easy entry is perfect for a refreshing dip or a few leisurely lengths. Pool heating is available for an additional weekly supplement, and an electric pool cover helps retain the warmth into the evening.

From the pool terrace, steps lead down to a faux grass lawn and the fruit orchard, offering another lovely spot to enjoy the outdoor space.

Location

Villa Hannah is located in central position within the prestigious golfing resort of Vale do Lobo which features two excellent golf courses: the Ocean and Royal courses. For nightlife and dining, the lively Praca offers a selection of bars and restaurants and also family entertainment during the summer months. Vale do Lobo and nearby Dunas Douradas also have two of the most beautiful beaches that you will find in the Algarve. Additionally, there are a variety of sporting activities are available in the local area including horse riding and tennis at the nearby renowned tennis academy.
