Villa Leanne is a stunning & contemporary four bedroom villa with a private pool, that perfectly blends style, comfort, and luxury. Inside, every detail has been carefully considered & is fitted and furnished to the highest standard, featuring top-quality finishes and elegant décor throughout. Villa Leanne is just a short stroll from the vibrant Praça, the golf club, and the golden sands of Vale do Lobo beach– whether you’re lounging by your private pool, soaking in the rooftop Jacuzzi, or simply enjoying a drink as the sun sets- Villa Leanne is the ideal spot!

A centralised air conditioning system with individual room controls and high-speed fibre optic Wi-Fi is included in the rental rates. All the windows have electric blinds.

Living Areas

The spacious open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen with glass surrounds has been thoughtfully decorated and furnished and includes a large L-shaped sofa, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV with a Sonos soundbar and showing a wide variety of English language channels, including the popular channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports, and TNT Sports (please bring your own login credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc). The dining area is complete with a table and seating for ten people. Triple patio doors open onto the covered outside dining terrace and poolside.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with all the appliances you'll need during your stay, including a Smeg kettle & toaster, a Dulce Gusto coffee machine, a wine cooler, four electric hobs, an extractor, a large fridge and a separate large freezer, a dishwasher, two integrated electric ovens, a microwave, and a wine cooler. There is also a central island with two stools. A door leads to a separate laundry area complete with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and an ironing board. There is also a guest cloakroom near the entrance door.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All the bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen Smart TVs showing the same channels as the lounge TV. On the entrance level, you will find bedrooms one, two, and three. Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Patio doors lead to the garden. Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. Patio doors lead to the pool. Bedroom three is another twin room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room.

Stairs lead up to the large master double suite, bedroom four, which is complete with a media desk & chair, a walk-in wardrobe, and an en suite bathroom with a freestanding bath tub, a walk-in shower, and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a balcony overlooking the pool. furnished with sofa and chair seating and a staircase leads to the pool terrace and gardens.

Outside Space

Step outside and discover a fantastic covered outdoor kitchen and dining space, perfect for long, leisurely meals in the sunshine. The built-in gas BBQ, food-prep counter, and sink make outdoor cooking a real pleasure, while two wine coolers keep the bubbly perfectly chilled. The large dining table is ideal for relaxed al-fresco meals with family and friends. The private swimming pool, measuring approximately 15m x 4m, is perfect for refreshing dips or gentle morning laps. (The pool can be heated for a supplement and also features an electric pool cover to help retain the warmth in the evenings). Easy-access steps lead you into the water, and the surrounding terrace is lined with high-quality sun loungers for soaking up the warmth. If you prefer a little shade, two parasols are on hand to keep you cool and comfortable. For the more active members of the group, there’s a built-in table tennis table. The garden itself is laid to lawn and completely private, offering plenty of space to relax.

From the garden, steps lead up to the master bedroom balcony, beautifully furnished with a comfy sofa, chairs, bean bags, and two additional sun loungers. A further set of steps takes you up to the roof terrace, where you’ll find a private jacuzzi, a bar counter with stools, and a fridge – perfect for sunset drinks. There’s also a separate seating area with a sofa and chairs, shaded by a stylish sail for those warmer afternoons.

Location

Villa Leanne enjoys an accessible position within the prestigious resort of Vale de Lobo, near the entrance roundabout, where you will find the local supermarket and the Vale de Lobo golf club, where you will find shopping, a restaurant, and a bank, all within close walking distance. The beautiful beach and the lively Praca, with a selection of bars and fine restaurants, are a few minutes’ walk away. In the local area, there is a good range of restaurants, including Casa Pituxa, United Kitchen of India, and Monica's. There is also a horse-riding centre nearby.
