Overview
Villa Nadia is a lovely three bedroom villa with a private pool and beautiful ocean views from the first floor Master suite and terrace.
Air conditioning throughout - Air conditioning is available for a weekly supplement. There is also a Wi-Fi connect available.
Living Areas
Open plan air conditioned living/dining room with triple patio doors leading directly to the poolside terrace. Flat screen TV with DVD player and a wide range of English language cable channels, including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports.
Fully equipped kitchen with appliances including electric hobs, filter coffee maker, oven, juicer, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer and dishwasher.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one is on the ground floor of the property and this room has twin beds, a/c and an en suite bathroom with double wash basins.
Bedrooms two and three are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom two is the master suite with double bed, double wardrobes with safe, a/c, an en suite shower room with double wash basins and patio doors leading to the terrace where you can enjoy simply amazing ocean views.
Bedroom three is a twin bedroom with a/c, an en suite bathroom and patio doors to a private terrace overlooking the villa forecourt.
Outside Space
The private pool is freeform in shape and measures approximately 9 x 5 metres. The deep end of the pool is 2.00 metres in depth. The pool can be heated for a supplemental charge. Next to the poolside terrace is the integrated charcoal BBQ with dining table - and the shaded terrace adjacent to the villa is furnished with comfortable sofas etc- the perfect place to relax and unwind. There is plenty of space for parking on the villa entrance forecourt and car port.
Location
Villa Nadia enjoys a central position in the prestigious resort of Vale de Lobo, with the Vale de Lobo golf club, where you will find shopping, a spa, a bar/restaurant and a bank, within walking distance. The beautiful beach and the lively Praca, with a selection of bars and fine restaurants, are also just a few minutes walk away. The Vale de Lobo tennis centre is also easily accessible from Villa Nadia.
Other Items
Rates include a maid cleaning service 3 x per week. Pool towels, a safe and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
Please note that there is building work taking place close to Villa Nadia, there are villas under construction on neighbouring plots- but not directly next door to Nadia. These projects will be ongoing throughout summer 2025 although noisy building work is not allowed by the local council in touristic areas such as Vale do Lobo during the peak summer holiday months of July and August.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
