Villa Sa Bassa is an attractive 4-bedroomed villa located in the north of the island, only 1.8 kilometres (4-minutes’ drive) to the small resort of Portinatx; an area popular with families and friends looking for the quieter side of Ibiza.

The rectangular swimming pool is set in an open terrace surround, with sunbeds & parasols, a lovely spot for sunbathing and taking in the peace & tranquillity of the surrounding area.

There is a compulsory cleaning charge, which is shown in the supplemental items box under the pricing for the villa, which implies the following;

For stays of more than 7 nights, for 8-10 nights - a clean of the bathrooms/shower rooms & the kitchen is carried out, and for more than 10 nights - a clean of the bathrooms/shower rooms & the kitchen, as well as a change of linen & towels, is carried out.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor; however, it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
