Overview
Villa Mare is a superb 5 bedroom villa ideally located within the exclusive development of Quinta do Mar. Located close to the famous Ancao beach. This property has absolutely everything you could wish for especially in terms of space and design.
Living Areas
Once you walk inside the entrance of Villa Mar, you will immediately be met with the view of the spacious lounge. There is direct access from this area is to the welcoming pool area. The comfortable lounge offers cable channels on the flat screen TV which has UK channels including SKY sports, BBC1 and ITV. Adjacent to the lounge and kitchen is a separate formal dining area seating up 8 people.
The modern kitchen caters perfectly for all needs, it includes a dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, microwave and 4 electric hobs. Access to the BBQ area is through the kitchen door. The washing/dryer machine is housed downstairs. Down a flight of stairs is the basement games area, ideal for keeping out of the midday sun by playing a game of pool.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The ground floor includes one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Bedroom one is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes with an en suite bathroom and access to an outside terrace. The twin bedroom has again double wardrobes with an en suite shower room with double basins and a large shower. An extra guest cloakroom is located on this level also.
Upstairs, bedroom three is a twin bedroom, this bedroom has an en suite bathroom with private balcony (low balcony balustrades). Bedroom four is a twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a private Juliet balcony. Bedroom five is a double bedroom with an en suite shower room with Juliet balcony overlooking the pool. The stair case has gaps.
Outside Space
Direct access from the lounge to a shaded pergola, this is where the dining table, chairs and gas BBQ are situated – perfect for al-fresco dining. The magnificent pool (12m x 6m) with large roman steps is the highlight of the exterior grounds and can be heated for an extra charge, this is complemented with a Jacuzzi (seating up to 4 people). To top off the outdoor space, a table tennis table is also located here to keep guests entertained.
Location
The resort of Quinta do Mar offers you 24 hour security service, a tennis court and importantly the beach is within walking distance where you will also find restaurants. All facilities such as golf courses, restaurants, bars, shopping centres and supermarkets are all just a short driving distance away.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Quinta do Lago.
Cost

(EUR1.00 in low season, 01 Nov - 31 Mar)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

1 loaf sliced bread, 250g butter, 1 litre semi-skimmed milk, 1 bottle white wine, 1 carton orange juice, 10 tea bags, 10 sachets of coffee, 2 x 1,5 litres water, 1 bottle lemonade, 25 sachets sugar, 250g ham, 250g sliced cheese, 4 pieces seasonal fruit, 4 tomatoes, 6 eggs 1 large pack of crisps, 1 x jar of jam and 1 packet of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
