Villa Sunray in Quinta do Lago is an exceptional five bedroom golf front villa in Parque Atlántico, one of the most prestigious neighbourhoods in this five star resort. This outstanding villa offers luxurious living with stunning golf course views and a serene tropical backdrop with exotic trees, flowers and plants. With air conditioning throughout and wi-fi internet included in the rental rates.
Living Areas
The ground floor welcomes you with an impressive double-height entrance hall, setting the tone for the spacious interiors throughout. This level of the property features a spacious living room complete with a flat screen TV with a wide range of English language channels, including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports etc. Please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon prime etc on the Smart TV. From the living area, patio doors lead directly to the poolside gardens and the exterior pagoda seating area. The interiors feature impressive marble flooring throughout and an elegant and formal separate dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including gas hobs, oven, fridge freezer with ice maker, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender and dishwasher. A separate and practical utility room houses the washing machine, dryer, steam iron and ironing board.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
On the ground floor of the villa there are three beautifully appointed double suites, providing ample space and privacy. All three bedrooms have en suite bathrooms- one with a bath with shower over; and two with shower units.
Upstairs, you'll find the generous fourth bedroom suite with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower; and the expansive master suite with double bed, en suite with bath and shower and also complete with a walk-in wardrobe and a large private terrace, ideal for enjoying the peaceful surroundings and golf course views.
Outside Space
Outside, the villa is perfectly designed and has two driveways to ensure easy access and plenty of parking, while the landscaped gardens include covered terraces for dining and lounging and a couple of lovely seating areas. The large private swimming pool measures 12m x 6m and invites relaxation and sunbathing, surrounded by a lush, tropical setting. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge.

Situated in the prestigious Parque Atlantico area of Quinta do Lago, where you are only a short drive away from a wide range of renowned restaurants; five excellent golf courses and other leisure activities including tennis; the fashionable Quinta shopping centre and some of the Algarve's most beautiful beaches.
Other Items
Rates include a maid cleaning service x 3 per week, bathroom towel change midweek and weekly and bed linen change weekly. Pool towels, hairdryers, and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Quinta do Lago.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
