Villa Cascata is a charming villa with a heatable pool (for supplemental charge) and open aspect garden with 4 bedrooms. The property has views over the 9th green of Vale do Lobo’s Ocean Golf Course, this villa is only a short distance from the wonderful beach of Vale do Lobo and 'The Praca' with its great selection of restaurants.

Accommodation in this villa is spread over the two floors. Air conditioning is throughout the villa.

This property is serviced by Vale do Lobo resort who can not guarantee Check-In before 6.00pm

Living Areas

Enter the villa with the well equipped kitchen to the right and appliances including four electric hobs, an electric oven & grill, kettle, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave and a toaster. There is a serving hatch/breakfast bar through to the dining area with 3 stools.

The dining area is complete with a large dining table and seating for eight people. Patio doors open onto the pool side terrace.

3 steps up to the light spacious lounge with ample comfy sofa seating, a corner fireplace, wall mounted flat screen TV with a wide range of Lazer cable channels, including Sky Sports, BT Sports, BBC and ITV, music centre and a DVD player. Patio doors open onto the upper poolside terrace.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one, two and three are on the ground level. Bedroom one is a twin room with fitted wardrobes. Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes. Both bedrooms one and two share the adjacent shower room. Bedroom three is a double room (super king 1.80 x 2.00 metres) with fitted wardrobes, digital safe and patio doors opening onto the pool side terrace. En suite full bathroom with double vanities.

A marble staircase leads upstairs to bedroom four, this is the master bedroom with a super king size bed (1.80 x 2.00 metres) fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and patio doors opening onto the upper balcony complete with a table, seating for five and a sun lounger, the perfect spot for private sunbathing.

En suite full bathroom with a separate shower unit and double vanities.

PLEASE NOTE: When booking the three bedroom rate, the maximum occupancy permitted in total is 4 guests.

Outside Space

The upper terrace is complete with ample comfy outside sofa seating, two parasols for shade and a charcoal BBQ for cooking the families Al fresco meals. Down 3 steps to the covered eating area complete with a large dining table and seating for eight people. There are plenty of sun loungers to soak up the Algarve sunshine and then cool off in the kidney shaped pool with steps entry and measures approx. 9m x 3.5m and can be heated for a supplemental charge. The surrounding garden is laid to lawn with open hedge row, allowing stunning views across the golf course and down to the lake. The garden is attractively landscaped with trees and flowering shrubs.

Location

Villa Cascata benefits from a superb central position in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo, close to the club house for the renowned Royal and Ocean golf courses where you will also find a selection of shops, the spa and the Spikes bar and restaurant. And within close walking distance is the famous Praca and the stunning local beach. The Praca has a wide range of bars, cafes and eateries to choose from and also family entertainment during the summer months. Further entertainment treats in the resort include the family mini-golf centre and the tennis academy, where there are special deals on tennis packages available for Sun-hat clients.
