Overview

Villa Nicola is a well appointed three bedroom linked villa with private pool (which can be heated for a weekly supplement). Set amongst attractively landscaped gardens and calçada pathways, the villa has a contemporary design and is located within easy reach of the fashionable Praca, the tennis academy and Vale do Lobo’s glorious golden beach, making Villa Nicola an ideal holiday base.

Air conditioning & fibre optic Wi-Fi are included in the rental rate.

Living Areas

The modern kitchen is well equipped with appliances including a dishwasher, four electric hobs, extractor, integrated electric oven, grill and microwave, large American-style fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster and a washing machine. From the kitchen is a serving hatch to the dining area and a door leading to a small patio/clothes drying area.

The spacious open plan lounge and dining area are comfortably furnished with a glass dining table and seating for six people, a wood-burning fireplace, ample sofa seating, a wall mounted flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports, split unit air conditioning and patio doors opening directly onto the poolside. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level you will find bedrooms one and two. Bedroom one is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and split unit air conditioning. Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and split unit air conditioning. Both bedrooms share the adjacent family bathroom with a walk-in shower unit and a heated towel rail.

A marble staircase leads up to the master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower. Patio doors open directly onto a large private balcony.

Outside Space

Patio doors from the lounge area open onto a covered terrace and the delightful poolside patio, furnished with a outside table with seating for six people and a gas barbecue. The patio is a wonderful space for relaxing with plenty of sunbathing space. The kidney shaped plunge-pool measures approx. 6m x 2.70m and has ladder entry (the pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental). A small iron gate leads out to a grassed communal area.

Location

Villa Nicola enjoys a central location in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo, with the tennis centre close by. There are two excellent golf courses in the resort, the Ocean and Royal courses and over ten other excellent courses nearby in Vilamoura and Quinta do Lago. For nightlife and dining out the lively Praca has a selection of bars and restaurants.

Vale do Lobo and nearby Dunas Douradas also have two of the most beautiful beaches that you will find in the Algarve. Villa Corina is also just 20 minutes drive from Faro airport. The wonderful Ria Formosa nature reserve starts near Vale do Lobo and stretches 50km along the coast, with walks, cycling paths and boat trips to islands and bird reserves.

Rates include maid cleaning service 3 x per week, bedroom linen changed weekly, bathroom towels changed midweek and weekly. Pool towels are provided for an extra supplement of 10€ per person per week.
