The product of a British architectural concept, with a subsequent addition of American influences, Pinhal is a contrasting golf course with the front nine meandering through a residential complex while the back nine is more open and undulating.
Pinhal has been set up to presents the golfer with a variety of different challenges. Ponds and a stream come into play on five holes but are not serious threats to above-average golfers. To keep up with modern technical advances in clubs and balls, several holes have recently been lengthened and the par-72 course now measures 6,353 metres off the white tee markers. Small greens and strategically positioned bunkers call for precision.
Pinhal is another course with pine woodland and ocean views in abundance. However the fantastic scenery that this beautiful golf course has to offer isn’t the only attractions. The superb clubhouse overlooks the 9th and 18th holes, so you can enjoy a drink or two while watching your friends complete their round.
