Steps lead down to this lovely villa, which offers spacious, comfortable and light & airy multi-level accommodation in both the main villa and in a separate unit. Doors lead out from the living/dining area to an ample terrace with panoramic views of the Port of Soller, the coast and the mountains, there is a covered terrace with table and chairs, and a built-in barbecue for alfresco dining, and steps lead down to the swimming pool, which is located on the lower level, set in an terrace surround, and is a wonderful spot for sunbathing.

Upper level/Ground floor - Living/dining area with three-seater L-shaped sofa & 3 easy chairs, Satellite TV, DVD player Music system, Wi-Fi, ceiling fan and doors to terrace, kitchen with 4 ring electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher and door to terrace, corner utility area with washing machine & tumble drier, 1 cloakroom.
Lower level/Lower Ground floor – 1 double bedroom with sitting area and en-suite bathroom (with separate walk-in shower), 1 twin bedroom (which can be made up as a double) with chaise longue, 1 further twin bedroom (which can also be made up as a double), 1 shower room (with walk-in shower).
Cot and highchair are available on request, free of charge.
The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. There will be a clean and change of bed linen & towels after 7 days.

Balearic Tourism License - 1045/2014/ET
There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2020 bookings are based on 2019 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2019 when contracts are signed.
