The L-shaped swimming pool is set in an open terrace surround with sunbeds & parasols, and lovely views of the surrounding area down to the distant sea.

There is a covered barbecue terrace, with table & chairs, for alfresco dining.

There is access to the roof terrace from where you can enjoy a better panoramic view of the countryside and the sea (note – this is gated, but care should be always taken with children).

Note – care should be taken with the horizontal railings running alongside one side of the pool & the terrace.

Features include

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
