Villa Lucerne 6 Bedroom Rate

Overview

Villa Lucerne is a large six bedroom villa that occupies a very peaceful position overlooking the 1st hole of the San Lorenzo golf course. The villa has its own distinctive design, having been built in the style of a typical Latin American hacienda. This villa can now be booked as a five or six bedroom property depending on the number of occupants.

In typical hacienda style, the villa centres around a central courtyard, where four of the bedrooms are located. Then in the main hall of the villa, there is a fifth bedroom, cloakroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. A staircase in the hallway of the main hall takes you up to the sixth bedroom. The property is protected by a key operated alarm system, and there is under floor heating throughout the whole villa.

Living Areas

A small flight of stairs takes you down to the living room, where there is a log burning fireplace, a DVD player, a CD player, telephone and a flat screen TV with Laser television channels, which includes the full Sky Sports package. Double patio doors take you outside to the pool area, and a door leads through to the dining room.

The spacious dining room features a large dining table with ten chairs, another log burning fireplace and a bar, complete with its own beer pump. A door takes you to the kitchen, where there is a filtered drinking water system. Appliances in the kitchen include an electric oven, gas hobs, dishwasher, microwave, extractor fan, television, granulated coffee maker, electric cooking scales and an American style fridge freezer with integrated ice machine. A separate laundry room houses the washing machine and dryer.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All of the four bedrooms are positioned around the central courtyard are double rooms with en-suite shower rooms. There are individual split air conditioning units in each bedroom, as well as a television and tea and coffee making facilities.

As you enter the main hall, there is a guest cloakroom to your left, followed by the fifth bedroom. This bedroom has the same facilities as the four courtyard bedrooms. A flight of stairs takes you up to the sixth bedroom, which is only available if you book the six bedroom rate. This bedroom is a double room with cable TV, and en suite bathroom and views of the pool and golf course.

Outside Space

The south facing pool and gardens are nestled peacefully next to the fairway of the 1st hole of the San Lorenzo golf course. The swimming pool is very long, measuring 16 metres x 5.5 metres, and can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. There is a gas BBQ located on the shaded terrace.

Location

The Quinta do Lago beach bridge, and Quinta’s only beach restaurant, are within a short five minute drive.
